THE AGENCY

Founded in 1996 by Dina KRECKE, its current director, the independent legal entity Agence France Prestige specialises in the corporate hospitality, event reception and entertainment occupations.

Armed with quarter of a century of experience, the Agency offers you a high-end, tailored service favouring quality, aesthetics, refinement and human relations.

Our rigorous, well-proven recruitment methods and the quality of our training, geared around the needs of our clients, are all assets which guarantee successful hospitality.

Today, France Prestige ranks among the key players in the hospitality market with a clear identity as a high-end service capable of satisfying tough requirements whilst retaining its enthusiasm, conviviality, sensitiveness and adaptability.

Dina KRECKE’s vision of hospitality

When I created France Prestige back in 1996, my idea and my motive was not about creating the umpteenth hostess agency, rather it was about offering a tailor-made service based on quality and high standards, whilst bringing the human dimension to the fore, as much in terms of our relationship with our clients as with our employees:

  • A service where sensitiveness and client expectation form the nub of any collaboration,
  • A means to enhance the value of the work carried out by our teams of hostesses and hosts on the ground, who are the ambassadors for our clients and the Agency, to ensure they feel valued and that they have a special responsibility,
  • An approach where human relations, dialogue and skills acquisition are vital.

The sense of requirement and service backed by the importance attached to the respect of the teams form the very foundation of our DNA. And we won’t go against that because it is the keystone of the success of our clients’ projects. This unique approach that has coloured our philosophy and been our guide since 1996 is what attracted our clients and continues to appeal to them.

Sustainable commitments

  • Since we attend to aesthetic qualities, we dress our teams on the ground. In this way, we are big consumers of laundry services. We subcontract to a company that uses a non-polluting method with a wet cleaning process. We recycle the coat hangers (systematic return to the dry-cleaner’s) and retrieve the cleaned clothing without a plastic cover.
  • We donate our old clothing collections to the Orphelins d’Auteuil association for orphans.
  • We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint when our teams have to travel by favouring public transport, the use of bicycles and/ or low pollution means of transport where appropriate.
